The Full Story

Hi, I'm Nate. At 14 years old, I was inspired to workout in order to get a good body and be more athletic. I used the bench and dumbbell rack I had at home, and eventually upgraded to a gym membership after a few months. After seeing minimal results, I gave up entirely, spending more and more of my time on video games and electronics, and eventually canceled my membership. This "quitter" mindset stayed with me until I was nearly 16 years old, when I finally looked in the mirror and realized it was time for a change.

 

I finally resumed my gym membership, and spent every second I could researching the necessary exercises and techniques to achieve my dream physique. On top of this, I talked with countless people at my gym, who gave me tips on individual lifts and how to perfect my form. This caused me to progress extremely quickly over the next year and a half, and allowed me to gain nearly 40 pounds of muscle during this time. Through this coaching program, I'll teach you how to implement all the concepts I learned, so that you can skip past all the mistakes and achieve your dream physique quicker than ever.

Why I Started Teen Bulk

Before starting this fitness transformation business, the one thing that I enjoyed most in the gym was training my friends and helping them with all the struggles they had with form, exercises, diet, etc. I wanted a way to spread the same level of help that I did for my friends to as many people my age as I could. And the best way I found to reach as many people as possible was through online coaching. Unlike all the other fitness programs and other online trainers out there, I can relate to my audience as a teenager who has gone through the same struggles and challenges that they are facing. This helps connect with my clients on a personal level, and shows them that they too can achieve their goals with hard work and dedication.

 

One of the key things that sets me apart from other personal trainers is my commitment to practicing what I preach. Many personal trainers (especially the ones you'll see in your average commercial gym) do not have the physique that you desire, which can make it difficult for them to be trusted as a reliable source of guidance and support. Of course, having a great physique isn't the only thing that makes a good personal trainer, but I do believe that it can be an important factor in earning your trust and respect. I'm proud of the hard work and dedication that has gone into achieving my own physique, and I'm excited to share what I've learned with you.
